CA_ToTEM10 not all rules work under Octave/Mac

Describe the bug
For the model CA_ToTEM10, the rules msr, Coenen, LWW and Taylor do not work under the combination Mac/Dynare 4.5.7/Octave 5.1. The problem does not occur with Matlab. We also tested it for Windows/Dynare 4.5.7/Octave 4.4.1, where the problem also did not occur.

This error message usually indicates that no unique steady state was found. Maybe it is a compatibility issue of Dynare and Octave 5.1...
