Document Chromium arguments and switches

We add a couple of switches to the Chromium command line when starting the kiosk-browsers. They might have been necessary when they were added by might not be needed any more or, even worse, cause harm or might be deprecated.

Each switch should have a comment attached contained:
- Electron/Chromium version it was introduced
- Why is it needed?
- How can we check it is still needed?
