Update dimension units of published images from publication #11

As reported by @DrKenHo, the lightsheet images created by combining the submitted TIFF files and published as https://idr.openmicroscopy.org/webclient/?show=dataset-1252 currently do not have metadata like PhysicalSizeZ and TimeIncrement. This metadata could be updated using the values from the publication.
