Finding best prompts and Fine tune

Hello,

I'm using segment-geospatial in order to segment building footprints using text prompts. I would like to do the following:

1. Determine the best prompts for building footprint segmentation
2. Fine tune samgeo with a gaggle dataset I used in another project. It contains satellite images and building footprints labels.

Is there a formal way to find the best prompts?
How could I fine tune samgeo to improve the building footprint classification?
