ioctl() version magic is differing: /dev/EtherCAT0: 37, ethercat tool: 33

I checked #134 . However, When I apply the fix offered by @mcbed , I still got EC_IOCTL_VERSION_MAGIC==33.
So I also checked igh ethercat repository. It also defined EC_IOCTL_VERSION_MAGIC==33.
How can I revised this problem?

• ROS version:jazzy
• Ubuntu version:24.04
• ethercat_driver_ros2 branch: jazzy
• ethercat branch: stable-1.5
