Improve regression model training sample storage

**Feature description**
It is currently insufficiently specified what is stored. In particular, the stored sample should be exclusive parameter or data transformations, so as to enable an easy change of method for evaluation. Affects currently InfoWeightedPNormDistance and sankey plot recovery.
