Remind user to order food if he hasn't placed an order yet.

Some colleagues (including myself some time) forget to order food. It would be cool if we had some sort of reminder (e. g. through XMPP, mail, notification etc.) that would be sent to the user if he hasn't placed an order until the first deadline (time might even be configurable).
