opentsdb has no data

Hi IBM grafana team
my gpfs cluster version is 5.1.9.4
my bridge-grafana version is v7.2
whether i install brigde-grafana on gfps-gui node or remote node, when i explor opentsdb ,has no data.
api-keyname and apiKeyValue also write in config.ini
pelease help me ,give me sloution
