Adding the supports for Performance test

The AIHWKIT would be the very best choice of researchers if it can includes performance test like energy consumption calculation, latency calculation, and other benchmarks like energy efficiency.

I think it would be a great idea which was actually on the roadmap for quite some time. Not sure what the recent plans in this directions are @kaoutar55.
