install docker.io required?

In deploy-with-docker-on-linuxone.md Step 1. Install docker

this command:

yum install docker.io

returns:

[root@rhel ~]# yum install docker.io
Loaded plugins: langpacks, product-id, search-disabled-repos, subscription-manager
This system is not registered with an entitlement server. You can use subscription-manager to register.
No package docker.io available.
Error: Nothing to do

But, Wordpress can be installed and the default setup screen is accessible.
