Orientation change resets in progress of increasing or decreasing data/talk/text

Instructions to reproduce:

1. Open App
2. Go to data/talk/text page
3. Increase or decrease data/talk/text
4. Change orientation
5. Your increase/decrease will go away - this is the bug
