Cant connect my ibax account to ibax wallet

While my account is open on the ibax.io site, I click on the "blockchain framework" tab from the "why ibax" tab. Then, when I click on "start using now", the "weaver.ibax.io site opens in the new pop-up window. Although my wallet is open on this site, I get a warning at the top saying "failed to establish connection to Websocket server, check your config". I think my account and wallet doesnt connect. is there a solution for this? will the points i collect go to waste?
