Staff of the Magi sprites are unaligned

all three staffs sprites appears higher than they should

Actually the issue is "MSXotto+ lacks Staff of the Magi sprites" not "Staff of the Magi sprites are unaligned"
The wielded sprite is from Ultica by the way.
