How to customize refresh token and expiry time of access token inside hubs

Hello,

We currently using AWS hub cloud.

We try to customize expiry time of access token.

We set it to expire every 1 hrs. Then refresh token.
It works on home website but, inside hubs it not work according to what we customize.

Is there a way to customize access token expiry and refresh token time inside hubs?
