Hubs clound websites are not reachable anymore! #3429

Hello @robinkwilson all our hubs cloud instances are not reachable any more: https://www.xrmeeting.net/ as well as: https://xrinnovationspaces.com and https://xrcreatorspaces.com They are on different AWS account, we also did not do anything unusual. So it must be a more general issue. Is there any general problem with the HUBS Cloud? We got a event comming up, so I would appreciate any feedback you could give us on this. |

@StudioDeussen Are you still experiencing this issue? I am able to reach https://www.xrmeeting.net/ at the moment. I can also reach the other two, but only if I prepend "www" to the domain (https://www.xrinnovationspaces.com/, https://www.xrcreatorspaces.com/) |

Hi Brian! Thanks for your reply, I realy apreciate. It got solved. There where several people that had this issue. For most of them it automatically solved. I got stuck in a up-date process. So I rolled back. Which worked, but then the server was showing the "Hubs is temporarly offline" for to long. I then put my server into actual offline mode for a couple of minutes and started it up again. After that it came back to live. Do you have any idea what caused this? |

Thanks for the update. I believe we display that "offline" message automatically whenever we detect that the servers behind your stack are not responding to requests. This could happen if your database is paused, for example. There could be some automatic update process that also causes the servers to be unavailable temporarily, but I'm not entirely sure if that was the case this time. In any case, thanks for reporting the issue. We'll keep an eye out for other people experiencing this in the future. I'm going to mark this question as answered for now. If any of the other commenters still have issues, please feel free to open a new discussion with your particular details so that we can troubleshoot further. |

@brianpeiris Any idea how to Log into Hubs Admin? it won't send me an email. I have checked and see that my email is the correct admin email in AWS SES verified and set in Stacks. |
