Hi, I found a little problem.
When try to follow the command CUDA_VISIBLE_DEVICES=2 python test.py GGNN GraphBinaryClassification ../data/data/data/cve/badall --storedModel_path "./trained_model/GGNN_GraphBinaryClassification__2023-02-01_05-36-00_f1 = 0.800_best.pkl", one issue occurred. The details are as follows：

You just need to unzip the pre-processed CWE-77.zip file located in the "FUNDED/data/data" directory, and rename the 5result file to CWE-77.like this：

What if you don't change any folder names? If everything works fine until the folder name is changed, it might be due to a file path issue.

Alternatively, check the package versions listed in requirements.txt to ensure they match. Since this project was constructed a long time ago, some packages may have been updated, which could cause compatibility issues.
