Highlight other types of rule break #160
Description
At present only breaks of rule 1 and 2 are highlighted. Ideally the user would be able to select a rule set of their choice to be highlighted. However, an intermediate improvement would be to implement the further Provost and Murray rules (3,4,5) to be highlighted optionally in addition to 1 & 2.
