What does this do? #19

Description

I read the readme, but it doesn't explain what brew changelog foo would even do.

Would it just print the changelog in the console? Print the url of the changelog? Cat out the changelog.md file that the upstream tool has? Open the GitHub Releases page in browser?

Or what I would hope it would do: print only the changelog diff between my currently installed version and the latest version available; directly in the console as text output.

Without having any clue what this subcommand/extension would do, I'm not really inclined to install it? Could a better explanation or demo be added to the README or something?
