Use system settings instead of the settings panel

The system settings are naturally access-protected when in guided access, eliminating the need for a custom password.

Implementation should be OK-ish (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/42282190/react-native-how-to-implement-ios-settings)

There is however no Android equivalent.
