Determine Web App for Docker App Store #157

💡 Feature/Idea
There are many Docker projects which we may want to include as optional components that can be installed via a Docker GUI. Determine which Docker GUI would best fit in this project and then integrate it into the stack.
So far, the best options I have found so far are:
- UmbrelOS
- CasaOS
The goal is to provide the user with a Docker app store, wrapped up into a good looking UI, without too much bloat added to the system (i.e. it would be nice if the Docker store could be run in Docker). Portainer also provides the capability of installing apps but UmbrelOS and CasaOS might provide a better Docker app store experience.
