[Feature] `CarbonChatEvent#message` should consider `<item>`

If a player uses <item> in their chat message and has the item linking permission, resulting in their chat message containing the item Component, CarbonChatEvent#message should reflect this, but it does not. It contains the raw <item> text in the message instead of a Component.
