描述

当重新启动PCL后：
如果标题栏已经设置了图片，换成其他任意图片或者清空图片后选择任意图片，都会显示最先设置的图片，重启后才会刷新
如果标题栏一开始没有设置图片，在选择一张图片后，也会出现上述情况

重现步骤

1.启动PCL
2.打开设置-个性化-标题栏-图片
3.如上方法设置图片
