v0.2.0: In-Library Localizers

0.2.0 is a giant update that reduces the size of the Quickstart — the FTC module now contains all of the Localizer implementations, as well as the Follower implementations and FollowTrajectoryAction. The goal is for users to have to make as little changes to their code as possible while creating even more customizability.

What's Changed

• The FTC module has been split into different packages (like core has).
• Localizers are now implemented in the FTC module.
• Followers are now implemented in the FTC module.
• More things (probably).
