V2 refactor to support the new type of kennitölur

According to the Icelandic National Registry there will be a new type of national ID implemented for temporary visa applicants. It's going to take the format 89****-****. this is a good opportunity for a major version bump that has been a long time coming. Until now I have not implemented a breaking change so there have been API improvements that I've held off on implementing.

I wanted to ask the community for feedback or ideas on the V2 project

• What is your wishlist for a modern JS package?
• Share ideas for API improvements
• TypeScript?
• ES6 imports? Create Kennitala class or import utility functions? both?

Adding a checklist for the V2 refactor

• Check last digit is 9 or 0 for persons. Will be dead before the next update
• Random numbers below 20 for persons should be invalid
• Add a new type for "fake kennitölur" that the national registrar has for testing
• New interface, return object with "valid" property and a "type" prop for ID type. If person or company include age as an optional number.
• Figure out why TravisCI is not working.
• Add some end to end testing with browserstack for browser/platform support.
