Kotliner checklist

Create per-user checklist with "Kotlin" tasks, like:

• Try IR-backend with Kotlin 1.4.30
• Try IR-backend with Kotlin 1.5-M2

Tasks can be expired and become "failed".
For completion, users receives badges (how to validate?)
