Fetch ATel-reported & CHIME FRBs

Many recent (and old) FRBs are reported to The Astronomer's Telegram. Enabling the Fast Radio Burst filter is useful for checking every event against the FRBSTATS database and ensuring everything is entered in, as there is a strong suspicion that not all ATel FRB posts end up getting pushed to TNS, and they may eventually get lost.

Plenty of CHIME bursts worth looking through as well:

• https://www.chime-frb.ca/repeaters
• • 190907.J08+46 and FRB 20180908B appear to be the only repeater parents missing from the FRBSTATS database.
• • Children may be there, but under a different designation. This needs to be checked.
• https://www.chime-frb.ca/galactic
• • Designations should be checked to be consistent with FRB YYYYMMDDabc.

• Ask CHIME team about repeater associations because many are likely missing. Also ask about galactic bursts page.
