BUG - new transactions not showing up in address browser

When you send new transactions, they do not show up in the address browser. They do show up in the desktop wallet immediately, and also appear on the transaction site:

However, the balance/transaction on the address page does not update. When a transaction occurs, the site even reminds you with a pop up "there is a new transaction, please reload the page", but upon reloading nothing changes.
