Vision Progress

• PhotonVision web dashboard is accessible via 10.16.57.13:5800

• Raspberry Pi camera is recognized by PhotonVision, and streamed to the web dashboard

• Decide on the resolution we will want to use for 3d AprilTag detection (the PhotonVision docs probably have a reccomendation, read about it)

• Calibrate the camera for the desired resolution. Calibrating Your Camera

• Upload the camera calibration to PhotonVision.

• Tune the AprilTag detection pipelines. Pay special attention to delay, detection accuracy at distance, and detection accuracy in motion. General Tuning     AprilTag Tuning

  • 3D detection
  • 2D detection

• Once everything is the way it needs to be, set the SD card to read-only.

• Copy everything to a second SD card, so that we have a backup. Put the second card in a small bag or box or whatever, that has "Card PhotonVision RPi4 ready" written on it. Keep the bag/box/whatever in the same place as the Raspberry Pi boards.
