skel -> bootstrap #7
Description
The website currently uses ajlkn/skel.
I think it would be best to convert the website to bootstrap (when it is looking more in shape)!
We don't need the Bootstrap JS, just minimal CSS.
This would make it more accessible to pull requests. #2
