My pr was about a frontend readability issue but it didn't affect this page. I just looked into it and the backend api is working fine. The database should be zothacks-prod. Another potential point of error could be START_DAY and END_DAY. Those need to be aligned to when the applications were submitted and they should be 30 days apart. Let me know how I can reproduce the error and I'll see if there is more I can do.
