Press Ctrl+Enter to save party description

I noticed that for things like party chat and sending private messages, I have the ability to press ctrl+enter to submit.

Can we add the same functionality for the submit event in the party description form?

Hello! I've created a pull request that implements Ctrl+Enter functionality to save party descriptions.

This enhancement allows users to quickly save their party description changes by pressing Ctrl+Enter, similar to other text input areas in Habitica. The implementation:
