Problem that I can't find where do I choose my dGPU in launcher

HMCL can't choose GPU in it's setting. Please open your dGPU setting page and enable your java.exe to run with it.

You don't have any idea what are you talking about, but I found solution already anyway for future guys: Setting > Advanced Settings > Wrapper Command: add "env DRI_PRIME=1" here, now it should work, and we don't even use .exe on Linux

Goto setting page and change Launcher Visibility.

For most users the launcher is only a 'box'. Therefore, we keep this option as 'Hide the launcher and reopen it when game closes'.
