Drag Select issue in 4.0

'Drag' Select 'Drag on empty space' Deselect is not working, it is turn into drag your models to move anywhere.

Select Box same to Tweak in 4.0

i'm having this same issue where in object move the Tweak tool and Box select both cant drag to select and instead move your model around. thank you!
