establish working post-processing code for GGIR outputs

Understand and adapt this code used in Cabanas-Sanchez to our data.

Steps:

• understand what files and variables are interrogated so that if we want to adjust the criteria we can do that correctly
• understand output of post-processing so that we know what variables to pull out for analysis
