back fan set to 0% when chamber temperature treshold triggers it

Hi. when the chamber temp reach the desired temp (default 35º) the back fan start spinning, the UI says 100% power, but creality app, the printer screen and the mainsail inteface doesn't (in all ofthem 0% is shown)
is this the expected behaviour?
can it be changed to set the fan to 100% power and refresh the UI/printer screen?
