v1.3.0 causes errors in combination with Cosmo Multi 2

Hi,

I've been avoiding 1.3.0 for the past year because it causes errors when the used hardware is a Cosmo Multi 2.

After the upgrade this error instantly shows in the Logs tab:
Error: Unable to complete value {"key":0,"value":{"valueId":"Handbetrieb1"}}

Attached is the logfile containing the sequence v1.2.0 restart - upgrade to v1.3.0 - downgrade to v1.2.0.
