Use "world computer" to refer to Ethereum, not Bitcoin

In popular usage "World computer" is overwhelmingly used to refer to Ethereum, not Bitcoin.

(To test, try googling "world computer" bitcoin and you will get results mostly for Ethereum!)

We should adapt the white paper to this common usage.
