Sonic Colors Saves

Every time the DS emulator gets an update, my progress in the game resets despite the save file still being in the folder

hmm, Sonic Colors was good working for me (tested on old version 0.6 and 0.7), need re-check test. is this the only game ?
My save files are all working since version 0.5 to 0.6, 0.7, 0.8. (will test later again)

I have found 3 other games with a save file error. but this is maybe a Rom Problem since I get the same result on some PC emulators to. (tested over 300 rom files)
