Adding shortcuts to project window features

While using the software in the demonstration at the Barbacena symposium, i realized that it could be useful to have some shortcuts to improve the usability of the software in the main window.

So, I'm going to suggest some shortcuts that can be added:

Shortcut	Functionallity
Ctrl + shift + n	New project
Ctrl + shift + o	Open
Ctrl + shift + r	Restore default layout
Ctrl + i	Graph editing features
Ctrl + s	Save
Ctrl + x	Delete
Ctrl + z	Undo
Ctrl + y	Redo
Ctrl + g	New graph submenu
Ctrl + o	Operations submenu
Ctrl + u	Insert an universal vertex
Ctrl + e	Export current graph

Note

The undo and redo options have not been implemented yet

@fsoupimenta I believe this issue can include the Ctrl + z and Ctrl + y options (undo and redo)

But in that case you would have to implement Ctrl + z and Ctrl + y before this issue.
