Only allow pixels in mj-image

Following the mj-image units problem (see #330) I tried to modify the mjml plugin to solve the problem, but without success.

I tried adding this little code inside the mj-image, which worked for me in a simple custom block with GrappesJS but did not work inside the mjml plugin.
