bug in script

i found bug in your script. I am able to turn off engines without shooting with gangs. They don't do nothing even if i turn off engine. They should shoot each other or attack player. They also spawn without any weapon but when i shoot or target them with gun they will attack each other. It should trigger them when you turn off engines because now if you go directly to turn off engines you can loot after without any shooting.

Also there is few second latency when you receive items from loot. I using qb-core with ox_inventory and qb-target
