Make some HiveBigQueryConfig values configurable #35
Description
Some HiveBigQueryConfig values (e.g. getBigQueryClientConnectTimeout(), setDefaultParallelism(), and others) in are currently hardcoded. We should make them fully configurable. Let's take a look at how the Spark connector does it so we use the same property names wherever applicable.
