Tried the safe mode and also uninstalled, then installed the undetcted-chromedriver, the issue persisted.

@MBRWill A possible issue could be that you have updated Chrome, but you also need to update the ChromeDriver with respect to the chrome version.

In most cases Chrome is not updated. Update Chrome, Close it and try again, might solve your problem.
