Client Config Summary pop up form malformed

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. install 4.5.12
2. create client
3. check Client Config Summary
4. See error

Expected behavior

all values in should be within client config summary pop up form

Actual behavior

Redirect Login URIs and Client Secret are out of form
