Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. install gluu 4.5.12
2. goto cache refresh
3. add new server details and try to change bind passwd
4. See error

Expected behavior

should able to change bind passwd

Actual behavior

nothing happening whn clicked on "change bind passwd"
