Allow all scheduling modes on ME Mod Export Bus #450

@Aetf

Description

@Aetf

Currently the Mod Export Bus uses the default AE scheduling mode ("Export the first item until the network is empty, then try the next ones"). This makes it impossible to use with Modern Industrialization machines with locked slots when the ME network holds more types of items than what's accepted in the machine input slots.

Example:

  1. Connect a ME network to a MI Assembler with Mod Export Bus
  2. Configure the bus to export modern_industrialization items
  3. Lock all slots to empty on the assembler
  4. Put 2 types of MI items in ME storage, e.g. bronze ingots and steel ingots. Notice that steel ingots come before bronze under default ordering
  5. Change the locking in one slot to bronze ingots. Notice that nothing is being transferred
  6. Change the locking to steel. Transfer is started
  7. Changing the sorting order in ME terminal doesn't make a difference (sort of expected)
