show appropriate error page for non-existant devouch project page #210
Description
Currently when a user tries to visit a project page on DeVouch for a new project on Giveth that has no yet been indexed we show a nasty application error.
We should handle this case gracefully by showing an appropriate error message and giving the user some clear instructions on what to expect or why they are seeing this page.
when a user visits a non-existant route off of project/ route we should show a specific error message:

When a project or community is new it can take some time for DeVouch to discover it, come back in a few hours and check again to see if their page on DeVouch has been created.
If it has been more than 24 hours or you suspect something is broken, reach out to our support by joining the Giveth Discord server or sending an email to info@giveth.io
