fix ENS names not resolving

in #53 we should have enabled ENS names to resolve on most views of the app, including the attestation table for projects. it appears this has stopped working and no ENS names are resolved anymore on the front-end. we should investigate and fix ENS name resolution.

to be clear these components should resolve ENS names:

• project attestation table, including:
  • all attestations
  • vouched
  • flag
• user profile page
• wallet connection on navbar
