mint gitcoin passport directly from website on Optimism if user is eligible #178
Description
The easiest way for a user to become part of an attester group is by minting their gitcoin passport. We should have a way to check that the users holds a gitcoin passport and give them an easy way to mint their passport on Optimism so they can vouch with it on DeVouch
suggestion: could add button here to mint if we check and user meets critera (has gitcoin passport, but not minted yet)
