assess and modify current Gitcoin implementation

the allo protocol indexer service we were using to fetch and show projects from gitcoin has been deprecated.

We should:

1. Find if an alternative service can be used to fetch gitcoin projects via API
2. if no suitable solution can be found, remove jobs related to fetching gitcoin projects from BE services

if we decide to remove gitcoin support we should keep gitcoin projects inside of DB in case at some point we can support gitcoin projects in the future
